Our online marketplace for bicycles, accessories & more is for sale, including our own modern iOS and Android app, as well as a website and white-label online shop solution for commercial bicycle sellers.
The marketplace is the "fride - Bikemarkt", one of the leading online marketplaces in Germany for selling bicycles, accessories & more.
In September 2023, the fride - Bikemarkt iOS app was even ranked 132nd among the most popular shopping apps in Germany for a week.
The marketplace has enormous growth potential and has grown exclusively organically and without the influence of marketing campaigns over the last few years - new users and advertisements are added organically every day.
Overview of organic user numbers:
+ 12,000 app downloads
+ 6,500 registered & active app users in total
+ 50 - 100 active app users / day
We are selling the platform because we operate several software companies and want to create space in our investment portfolio.
The company/marketplace has been bootstrapped over the past few years and financed without banks, major investors etc.
Since one of the founders himself ran a software agency for years to develop apps and websites for well-known companies, the founders were able to achieve their goal more cost-effectively than the competition thanks to their contacts in the software scene.
Contacts to software agencies as well as several months of training in the ongoing processes are of course also offered!
The purchase can take place both as an asset deal and as a share deal.
