We offer an online store with GmbH for sale that has been growing on the market for 10 years.

The store has no warehouse, almost 99% of the orders are forwarded directly to the dealers and shipped from there with the customer's order documents. The store has two permanent employees, a customer service employee and an accountant for accounts payable and accounts receivable. The store generated sales of around EUR 1 million in 2023 with a profit of around EUR 30 thousand. With a little commitment, the store can easily grow to 5 million in the next 5 years.

We are selling because other opportunities have unexpectedly opened up for us.

3(!)% "Gewinn"? Was konkret bedeutet das? EBITDA, EBIT, EBT ... bereinigt oder nicht? Wenn ja, wie wurde bereinigt? Wurde z.B. das Gf-Gehalt bereits abgezogen? ...

Hallo, ja der Gewinn vor Steuer beträgt ca. 3-5%. Das GF Gehalt beträgt aktuell ca. 20K p.a. für einen Aufwand von ca. 15-20 Std. pro Monat. Die meiste Arbeit wird von der Kundenservice Mitarbeiterin und der Buchhaltung erledigt. Wir zahlen keine Zinsen und haben eine nicht ins Gewicht fallende Abschreibung, da keine Assets. Wie beschrieben, es werden fast alle Bestellungen an die Lieferanten weitergeleitet. Im Januar 2024 haben aktuell ein Umsatz plus von 20% zum Vorjahr. Wenn man wie gesagt hier sich mehr in ADS und Online Marketing engagieren würde dann sind 5 Mio. nicht unrealistisch.
