I am selling my online shop because I have a new project that unfortunately requires my full attention. The shop launched in March 2023. On my own, I scaled the shop profitably to almost €1.3 million in the first year with a stable 2 Roas. The shop has endless potential. It should be noted that many social media channels have not yet been exhausted because my capacities as a human being are limited. Influencer and affiliate marketing have also not yet been used. Advertising was mainly done on META. TikTok only partially launched, Snapchat, Pinterest & Google didn't even launch properly. Amazon, Kaufland and Otto are also very interesting platforms for this industry. On Amazon, daily sales were between €500-€3000, also with a ROAS over 2.
The product is a problem solver and can be positioned in many different ways. We generated more than half of our sales in Q4. Before Q4, I tried to advance the project as a beginner, which is why I left a lot of money behind and didn't exploit the potential. I actually wanted to move everything forward this year, but another project has come up that requires a large investment that I don't have, so I would like to sell the shop. I have proof of all the numbers on Shopify. The AOV is €32. The purchase price is €2-3, depending on the course. My provider is in Turkey. I am sure that if the project is taken forward by professionals, the sales can be multiplied. The product can remain on the market permanently even without a –œtrend–. We are the first player in the niche. We brought this product to Germany. The shop can already be used throughout Europe. The languages –‹–‹are already integrated. If the product is still brought to the USA, sales would at least double.
Q1 was not as strong as I had some personal problems and private liquidity shortages. I couldn't keep up with the creatives and the ads. Before I shut down the shop, I'd rather give it away!
