We are selling our online store in the socks and boxer shorts sector. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY
Brief About Our Brand:
The brand is registered with the DPMA, and we are only selling the store, not the company (asset deal). We operate through our own Shopify online store. Socks and boxer shorts are made from bamboo viscose. We haven't made marketplace sales; everything is sold purely through the online store.
This is not a dropshipping store; the goods are still shipped by ourselves. We have managed everything on our own so far. However, shipping can be handled through a fulfillment center for automation.
We source our goods from manufacturers in China.
Important Details:
The store was founded in May 2021 and was taken over by us in March 2022. Unfortunately, we lack accounting for the period from May 2021 to March 2022. However, the store achieved a total revenue of EUR 1,020,000 from May 2021 to December 2024. The sale price will be calculated based on the period from March 2022 to December 2024, for which we have accurate accounting records.

Marketing
The mentioned revenues were generated 90% through Google Ads. The campaigns have been running almost unchanged for a year. Since January 2025, we hired an agency that costs around EUR 1,000 per month.
We have also run quite a bit of email marketing (for returning customers), where the campaigns are mostly automated.
We've tried TikTok and META Ads occasionally but didn't achieve the same results as Google.
The average CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) is just under EUR 20.

Time Investment Required:
The shop can be run smoothly with about 2–3 hours per day. Shipping, customer support, marketing, was primarily managed by me. Of course, the shop can also be automated largely with a fulfillment warehouse and digital customer support.
