Reasons for Selling:

The shop was originally launched as a side business with a social commitment – from the very beginning accompanied by professional support. The focus was on a sales-psychologically optimized shop structure, a structured email marketing, and high-performing META advertising.

A few months after the launch, a comprehensive analysis of the purchasing processes and user behavior on the website followed. The derived optimizations, along with the professional basic setup, led to rapid growth of FunPaw – faster than was sustainably manageable alongside a full-time job and studies.

As I never planned to run an online shop professionally, I eventually faced the decision: scale through outsourcing or sell. I decided to sell – and hereby offer a lovingly built, ready-to-go shop with great potential.
