I am selling my supplement brand, which is focused on high-quality products for the morning routine. Currently, the project continues without my input, and I invest less than an hour per week (unfortunately).

Revenue has remained stable since the beginning of 2025, with no decline, despite no marketing – existing customers are returning.



As you can see, revenue has significantly decreased since 2023 because I have let the project slip completely.



Why I am Selling:


I am focusing on a new project and planning to emigrate. Although the brand continues to be profitable:



  • I no longer have time for it.

  • It makes no sense, in my context, to conduct a business valuation for this project, appoint a German CEO, and deal with exit tax & Co. – the project has become too small for me.

  • At the same time, the ongoing cash flow is too good to simply close the GmbH.



I am therefore looking for someone who will take over the project with focus, drive, and responsibility. The brand is established, the setup is in place – it just needs someone to accelerate it again. Clearly preferred over someone who just wants to take the cash flow.

I have setups that can also support more aggressive claims – tested and secured. This know-how and the relevant contacts are part of the package. I want the brand to get the scale it deserves.



Deal Structure:


I am open to asset deals as well as the complete sale of the GmbH – depending on what suits you better.



Seller financing is possible if you are a convincing operator with real skills. In that case, I would like to remain involved in the future upside because, through seller financing, I am also taking on part of the risk. This involvement does not necessarily have to occur in the form of shares – we will find a fair model.

Reasons for Selling:

I am currently focusing on another project and plan to emigrate soon. Therefore, I would like to sell the brand.

It doesn't make sense for me to go through a costly brand evaluation, deal with exit taxation, or hire a manager to continue running the brand here.

I am looking for someone who can ideally continue the project with energy and responsibility.

The cash flow is too strong to simply close the whole thing and the brand deserves more dedication than I can currently provide. In the last six months, I've worked on it for less than 20 hours. However, I would prefer not to hand it over to someone who also only maintains the status quo and just takes the brand's cash flow.

Seller financing is possible if you are truly a strong operator and can convince me. In this case, however, I would like to remain involved in the future upside, as I also bear the downside.
