Over 66 products (each available as both posters and acrylic glass) are fully set up; all designs have been previously sold and tested. The process is 100% automated—from design to delivery. No inventory is required, no product prepayment, and no manual order processing.
The shop generated over €174,000 in net revenue in the last 12 months. Despite a net loss of around €7,500, the project offers significant growth potential. This is due to already successful creatives, advertising accounts (TikTok & Meta with approximately €100,000 ad history), and an email database with over 10,000 customer contacts.
The current setup is ideally prepared for the Q4 season (Christmas, Valentine's Day, anniversaries)—a prime time when emotional gifts convert very well. So far, the potential has not been fully tapped due to a lack of expertise in customer retention, retargeting, and email marketing.

Reasons for Selling:
I am selling the shop because I lacked the long-term know-how in customer retention, email marketing, and retargeting. Although I was able to achieve high sales and build working creatives and ad accounts, I did not generate recurring customers and did not fully realize the potential. The shop is technically fully automated and operational – with a clear product structure, functioning processes, and a large customer database.
