Description
We are a private label company that exclusively sells its products online under its own branding in the B2C sector.
We make our entire range of cleaning products based on formulations developed by us. This way, we ensure not only high-quality products but also do not require any margins for intermediaries. Due to unique features protected by patents and utility models, we are not subject to price pressure.
The entire packaging/shipping process is automated with the support of our inventory management system. Thanks to the high degree of automation, we maintain a very lean personnel structure.
For reasons of age, the main shareholder/CEO has decided to offer this opportunity to a suitable successor or partner. We are looking for a person who can take on responsibility in the company, both personally and professionally, preferably with experience and success in the online business. This person should be capable of capturing the previously untapped potential markets. Currently, the sales focus is solely in Germany. The intention is now to also enter the European and US markets.
Our drive: To continually ask ourselves: How can we make our products even better and thus make our customers even more satisfied? We constantly develop our products further and improve formulations and usage possibilities.
In terms of financing, due to the acquisition of company shares, assistance may be provided if necessary. However, at least EUR 250,000 in equity should be raised.
