Currently, the products are shipped via AliExpress dropshipping (shipping time approximately 6-8 business days).
The next step would be to find an agent within Germany (through Speedfulfill or similar providers) to reduce the shipping time and further scale the shop through Facebook Ads.
So far, €12,000 in revenue has been generated in the last 9 months. Of that, €8,500 in revenue was achieved in the last 3 months alone.

I built the brand completely on my own as a side job with the help of Baumdick GmbH. However, since I could only continue this as a side job alongside my family responsibilities, I simply lack the time and energy to do so in the medium and long term.
