Etsy policy: Etsy shops are not transferable. Sale will be structured as an asset deal (catalog, titles/descriptions, tags/SEO, mockups, brand/logo, optional domain, SOPs + Loom video). Buyer opens their own shop; a guided migration of 2–4 weeks is included, with prioritization of 150–300 SKUs, CSV/manual transfer, and an SEO checklist.
YouTuber deal: Transfer via novation (partner consent planned).
