📈 Potential:
- I've been doing almost nothing to the store since about mid 2022. There have been a few changes here and there, but the focus has long been on other stores. Work about 1 hour per week on the store, because must make a few customer inquiries themselves, manage customer support VA, check ads, etc. - The store still runs normally and generates revenue.
- The plan for the store is to link away from Shirtee to Printful in order to integrate dozens of new product types and to be able to scale better internationally.
- Design creation costs are down from about 15-20 EUR per design to 0 EUR, thanks to the new AI tools. Also, you can create a much larger mass of designs and the quality is much better. - Haven't uploaded any AI designs to this store yet, so the buyer can then decide for himself if he wants to do that or not.
- Personalization has been requested dozens of times by customers, but has not been implemented yet due to extra effort. However, it is also a direction that can be scaled. Especially because in the niche no other competitor stores offer it.
- Internationalization is also a way to scale the store. There are countries outside the DACH region that would run just as well as DACH, but I have invested little time there so far.
- Branding is reasonably available, but you can do a lot more there. That is better appearance on the website, social media, etc. with professional videos and photos.
