Established dropshipping shop, baby niche for 4.5 years, turnover almost 600000
I am selling my online shop in the baby niche, which I created almost 5 years ago.Â
Including variants, there are currently just under 700 products, all handmade and sustainably produced in small or medium-sized family businesses in the EU. The products are dropshipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer. Communication with the manufacturers is straightforward via email or Google Sheets.
The total turnover since the end of 2018 is almost 600000€ with an average order value of about 120€. The turnover generated by marketing is 200000€, the rest is organic.
Marketing is done exclusively through Google ads.
The organic ranking on Google depends on the product, the best ranking is currently at position 3-4.
Last summer, the shop was professionally optimised by the company PsyCommerce at a cost of 6000€.
Furthermore, it was additionally SEO optimised 3 months ago, backlinks were set and to improve the Google ranking, approx. 150 visitors are sent to the shop daily until June.
Even though my heart is attached to this shop and I am satisfied with the turnover, I realise that it is time for something new. Since I am running other projects, I also lack the time the shop deserves to be even more successful.
Of course, I will thoroughly train the new owner so that the shop can continue to operate without interruption.
