Online shop for solid wood tables for sale

We would like to sell our online shop for handmade solid wood tables. The shop has been around for 2.5 years now and there is a corresponding UG, which could simply be taken over if required.Â
Why are we selling?Â
We are 2 founders and both have a main job/self-employment in addition to this shop. Unfortunately, the shop does not generate enough turnover for us to devote ourselves fully to it and so we have been investing less and less time.Â
What is it all about?Â
Our products (tables, table tops and frames) are purchased directly from our own manufacturer (whose largest customer we are) and manufactured to order. This means that we do not have to purchase any stock. We have a warehouse for labelling the products (+ preparation for shipping) and run a small exhibition there to show customers the tables. 90% of sales are generated via our online shop.Â
The shop runs on Shopify and could be run as a sideline. Time required: 10 hours per week.Â
There is a functioning logistics and packaging system.Â
What turnover does the shop generate?Â
Net turnover:Â
2022: approx. 400,000 €Â
2023: approx. € 275,000
2024: € 115,000 to dateÂ
The brand of the products is approx. 30% of the sales price. Gross profit is approx. 5% after deduction of all costs.Â
