The listing fee is based on your asking price. Projects under €10,000 pay €19/3 months, €10,000-€50,000 pay €39/3 months, and above €50,000 pay €69/3 months. You can also choose a one-time payment option.
We charge an 8% success commission only when your project sells. This covers our escrow service, buyer verification, and transaction support. If your project doesn't sell, you don't pay any commission.
If you chose the subscription option, your listing automatically renews every 3 months. If you chose the one-time payment, you can manually renew your listing. We'll send you a reminder before expiration.
Yes, you can update your asking price at any time. However, if your new asking price moves to a different price tier, you may need to pay the difference in listing fees.
When a deal is agreed upon, the buyer transfers the payment to our escrow account (For larger payments, an escrow account with Deutsche Bank). Once the project transfer is verified complete, we release the funds to you (minus our commission). This protects both parties.
