Brand in the Nutritional Supplement Sector for SaleÂ
We are looking for an exclusive licensee who will take over the procurement (preferably through our suppliers/contract manufacturers) and sales of our nutritional supplements in the future.Â
Alternatively, instead of taking over the license, the brand/company (GmbH) can also be completely purchased.Â

- Sales channels: Amazon (2/3 of turnover), Shopify (1/3 of turnover)

What the Future Licensee Should Bring

- Good knowledge of the (legal) requirements, procurement, and distribution of nutritional supplements
- Sufficient capacity to continue the brand, as well as the necessary financial means for production (approx. €35,000 - €50,000 per production run)
- Strong expertise in e-commerce (Shopify + Amazon) and an existing Amazon account with active sales in Germany and Italy (preferably with PanEU)
- Willingness to continue the brand with the highest product and service quality
- Preference for a partner who can permanently and meaningfully complement their range with our products, rather than directly competing with them, to utilize synergy effects
Costs for Licensee
Monthly license fee based on turnover.
Costs for Complete Purchase of the Brand/Company
Negotiable: 300.000€
Future Cooperation
We are looking to transfer the brand due to capacity reasons and seek a long-term and trustworthy partnership. However, we are happy to continue supporting the licensee with product ideas to sustainably grow the business. We believe that with the licensee's marketing expertise and our product ideas, sales can be significantly increased, as our brand enjoys a strong trust advantage.
