Brief info about our brand:

The brand is registered with the DPMA and the sale covers the online shop only, not the company (asset deal). Sales are conducted exclusively through our own Shopify store. We offer socks and boxer shorts made from bamboo viscose. The business has never sold on marketplaces; all sales have been processed through the online shop.

This is not a dropshipping operation. Inventory is shipped by us, and we have managed fulfillment in-house. Shipping can be outsourced to a fulfillment center to introduce automation and streamline operations.

We source product inventory from manufacturers in China.

Note: There is a revenue decline from 2024 to 2025 while profit increased because we ceased advertising in mid 2025. The shop benefits from a strong repurchase rate, so it continues to generate solid revenue even without active advertising.

We intentionally stopped advertising to prepare the shop for sale and to demonstrate that the business is profitable without ad spend. Net profit in this period is €21,000.

All revenue in the past 6 months was generated organically and from the existing customer base. The shop has a very high repeat purchase rate. In the last 6 months, 78% of revenue came from returning customers. Over time, the repeat purchase rate is almost 30 percent, reflecting high customer satisfaction.

To date, returning customers have contributed approximately €511,000 of the total €1.2 million in revenue. This underlines the shop’s ability to perform well without continued advertising.

Please note that in an asset deal you will not assume company liabilities; you will acquire the shop along with customer lists, trademark rights, image and video rights, and relationships with suppliers and packaging manufacturers.

Financial liabilities of the company (it is a UG) will remain with the company, so the acquisition is low risk.

Price expectation:

With an average adjusted profit of €50,000 to €60,000 per year, a sale price of €60,000 is reasonable and justified. Instalment payment options are possible.

Tech Stack

The shop was built with Shopify. In addition, we use Omnisend for email marketing and have an affiliate program integrated. The shop was also further developed by an agency that specializes in sales psychology and expanded with custom programming.

Mainly we used Google. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok were hardly used at all or used as advertising channels. We also ignored Amazon. The shop therefore grew 85 % solely through Google.

We don't really have a specific target audience. However, we have found that most of our customers are between 30 and 55 years old. Although we have tended to target a male audience, we also have many female customers.

The pure monthly fixed costs amount to only the hosting & software costs. These are fixed. You should in any case plan on 200–250 EUR per month. Then the variable costs are added, such as shipping, marketing, goods, etc. However, these cannot be considered fixed costs.

Weekly Workload

The workload is very limited. Currently we package the goods ourselves and they are picked up by DPD twice a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays). However, we have already found a partner who will take over fulfillment completely. In addition, there is effort for customer support. You can expect 4–6 hours per week.

Reasons for Selling

I want to withdraw from e-commerce. Instead, I am currently working in the field of SaaS & AI development. The shop is to be sold to refinance other projects and to offset an additional tax payment.
