Since my focus was purely on operational stability, the following levers have been hardly or not at all used so far (and yet it performed excellently):

⭐ Webshop enhancement: The design is solid but offers massive earnings potential through modern conversion optimization (UI/UX).

⭐ Review management: Active reactivation and review maintenance can significantly increase trust (and visibility).

⭐ Email marketing: The customer list grown over 15 years is a "goldmine" that is currently hardly used.

⭐ Switch to FBA / fulfillment: Moving to a fulfillment center gives you even more flexibility and scalability.

Exclusivity: Shop-branded products with custom packaging. You sell your own brand – not copyable by competitors!
