Scalability: Highest annual revenue of €900,000 (2014 EBIT: approx. €150k) with corresponding ad spend. Previous years consistently between €400,000 and €700,000. Most recent top annual revenue 2023 €750,000 (EBIT: approx. €130k) with roughly the same EBIT of 20–30%.
Current status: Deliberately throttled to an annual revenue of approx. €200,000 (EBIT approx. €55,000) to run the business as a solopreneur with minimal time investment.
Efficiency: High average order value of €180 with currently only about 80–120 shipments/month.
Technology: Professional setup based on Plentyone (inventory management & automation - shipping labels - invoicing - email etc.).
Logistics: Small-item assortment, only about 20 m² of warehouse space required. During peak times only one additional employee was needed.
YOUR HUGE POTENTIAL (The “rough diamond”):
Since my focus was purely on operational stability, the following levers have been hardly or not at all used so far (and yet it performed excellently):
⭐ Influencer marketing & Social media: Currently 0% presence. In the beauty niche this is the biggest growth lever to multiply revenue immediately.
⭐ Webshop enhancement: The design is solid but offers massive earnings potential through modern conversion optimization (UI/UX).
⭐ Review management: Active reactivation and review maintenance can significantly increase trust (and visibility).
⭐ Email marketing: The customer list grown over 15 years is a "goldmine" that is currently hardly used.
⭐ Switch to FBA / fulfillment: Moving to a fulfillment center gives you even more flexibility and scalability.
The package – “Plug & Play” business:
This business is not an ordinary shop, but a fully established brand with extremely lean processes:
Inventory: approx. €50,000 (cost price net)
Exclusivity: Shop-branded products with custom packaging. You sell your own brand – not copyable by competitors!
Simplicity: Small-item assortment, only about 20 m² of warehouse space required. The replenishment interval is only once a month.
Ready-to-go: You can take over the warehouse 1:1, print the labels immediately and generate revenue from day one. Everything is fully set up.
Support: I will assist with the takeover and advise for the next 3 months if needed. Long-term consulting is of course also possible.

Reasons for Selling:
After more than 15 years at the head of this company, my personal priorities have shifted. In 2023 I deliberately scaled the business down to a stable solopreneur level (approx. €200k in revenue) to have more time for personal projects.
