1. Missing product identification As a man, there is no natural connection to the target audience. Authentic organic content, community-building and credible brand communication are crucial in this niche – and structurally difficult to implement without being part of the target group yourself. 2. Dependence on paid advertising Without organic reach the shop was completely reliant on external Meta/Google-Ads. This led to high advertising spend and too much trust in external agencies – with correspondingly thin margins in 2025. 3.
