Software for converting invoices into e-invoices

The project is built on a hybrid SaaS model combining subscriptions, pay-per-use, and a free starter allowance. Users can either purchase individual invoice packages, for example 5 invoices for €5.99, or subscribe to a plan that enables regular use at a fixed price. In addition, there is a free allowance that lets new users test the tool and create simple invoices.

The project currently generates around 284 visitors over the last 7 days (~40/day) through organic traffic (SEO). These users actively use the free allowance, which shows both existing demand and an active user base.

Additional asset: Leitweg-ID database

The project includes an integrated Leitweg-ID database that allows users to search specifically for Leitweg-IDs. This feature acts as an independent SEO traffic channel and brings users with a clear need directly into the system.

This creates additional potential for monetization and user conversion.


The focus so far has been on product development and building organic traffic. Monetization has only been implemented minimally so far, which leaves significant potential for revenue growth. The sale price refers to the acquisition of the existing SaaS product in its current stage of development. Included are the working application, the existing code, and the current infrastructure.

In addition, there is an ongoing stream of organic users through SEO, bringing active users to the platform every day. This existing usage, along with the already validated demand, increases the value of the project. The sale is offered without any obligation for further development or support, but rather as the transfer of an existing, functional product.

By optimizing conversion, for example through the paywall, pricing, or funnel, and by expanding the existing SEO traffic, the project can be further monetized and scaled in the short term.

Reasons for Selling:

We have decided to sell the project because we are strategically shifting our focus to other ventures. At the same time, we see potential in the eRechnung tool that could be better developed and scaled by another team.
