Business model
This platform connects event organizers with musicians in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Anyone looking for music for a wedding, birthday, or corporate event can submit a request free of charge, specifying the music style, location, date, and budget. The platform automatically reviews each request and forwards it to all suitable musicians in the region, either by email once a day or by SMS immediately after publication.
Registration is free for musicians. To view the organizers’ contact details, they need a subscription for 20 euros per month or 120 euros per year, with the SMS service available as an additional option. There are no commissions and no public profiles. Musicians and organizers arrange the performance directly.
Today, more than 4,500 musicians are registered, including 420 with a subscription. Another 4 to 5 new registrations are added every day. Organizer requests mainly come in through Google Ads and SEO landing pages.
Why the price is justified
The purchase price of 100,000 CHF corresponds to roughly 3.3 times the annual profit. That is reasonable for a business with these characteristics:
