With a heavy heart, we would like to part with our first project.
Due to other ongoing projects, we increasingly lack the time to continue it at its usual capacity.

This is an online business established for over three years with a digital product: pre-configured online stores.
The project specializes in beginners who want to build a second income stream with their own online shop.

Customers can find a wide selection of fully created shops on the website, already linked to suppliers (only suppliers from the EU) and ready for transfer. Thanks to comprehensive guides, buyers can customize their shop after the transfer, stock it with additional products, and alter the design as they wish.

Revenue and Profit

* Total revenue over 3 years: €267,000 from project sales
* Additional commissions: €25,200 from existing customers (partner program), which continue as a passive income source
* Profit: €204,000 over 3 years. Profit margin: approximately 70% (deducting program and marketing expenses, since the product is completely created in-house)

Annual revenues:

* 2022 (starting August): €20,851
* 2023: €98,125
* 2024: €124,946 (best month: €22,000 in revenue / approximately €18,000 profit)

Most months averaged between €10,000–15,000 in revenue.
Since early 2025, marketing costs have been deliberately reduced, as we could not fully process the orders. This is reflected in the currently lower revenue.

Marketing & Advertising

The project was primarily advertised through self-created – admittedly simple – paid search campaigns in the DACH region.

SEO
In 2023, we additionally hired an SEO agency for about €7,500.
Through these optimizations, we were able to reduce paid advertising expenses by about 70%.
We have many relevant keywords in the top 10 Google placements, including many at number 1.

Team & Processes

The project was operated by two people, supported by part-time workers responsible for the project transfers. Payment was made at a flat rate per transfer at €25.
