Business model:
1. Product sourcing and listing are automated with dropshipping software that pulls inventory data from Amazon and other marketplaces and uploads listings to eBay with a predefined margin. The system monitors prices and stock daily to prevent sales of out-of-stock items or listings that would result in a loss. Images, descriptions and titles are imported automatically, making product sourcing and listing fast and low-effort.
2. When an order is received on eBay, products are manually purchased from Amazon or other marketplaces and shipped to a home, warehouse or office address.
3. Upon arrival, items are repackaged by hand into new boxes and dispatched, or collected by carriers such as DHL or DPD.
4. Listings are promoted using Basic advertising on eBay, with advertising costs incorporated into the margin to drive consistent sales. If an order is cancelled, advertising and marketplace fees are fully refunded, protecting margins.
5. Invoicing for new orders is streamlined and issued with a single click through the ERP system.
6. For eBay return requests, a return code can be obtained from Amazon and provided to the buyer, avoiding additional return shipping expenses.
