I founded the online shop for innovative bicycle accessories and customization in 2015. At the time I noticed many interesting bicycle-related crowdfunding projects, and because these products usually did not come from Germany, I wanted to create a platform to collect and import them so customers would not have to order from abroad with high shipping costs and possible customs fees. There was no shop dedicated to special and innovative bicycle accessories or items for personalizing bikes, such as bicycle wraps. Even today there is nothing comparable. I still see strong potential if approached correctly.
I tried to do everything myself and alone: bookkeeping, product photography, all shop content, SEO, shipping, etc. In addition to the online shop, there is an eBay profile with over 8,000 positive reviews and an Amazon shop using FBA and FBM with 450 positive reviews. From December 2021 to February 2025 there was also a small retail location in Hamburg Eimsbüttel. From that period there is a façade sign measuring 3.25 m x 70 cm, which, like the company logo, is included in the package.
The sale includes two domains DE and COM, the shop content, and remaining inventory with an approximate value of €2,000. The social media channels were not ideally managed by me; they currently have about 300 Instagram followers and 380 Facebook followers.

Reasons for Selling
From 2023 to 2024 revenue halved because important items were dropped and could not be replaced. There were certainly other reasons as well, such as general buyer reluctance and other unknown reasons for the revenue collapse. Due to liquidity, the inventory could no longer be maintained at the level that would have been necessary. Therefore I decided to let it run out.
