SaaS subscription model with a low barrier to entry: €9.90/month base fee plus flexible, non-expiring minute packages. Revenue scales naturally with customer usage, as higher call volume drives additional minute consumption, while the low fixed monthly price supports low churn and strong customer retention.
Valuation rationale:
This is not a simple wrapper built around an existing API, but a complete Voice AI orchestration platform with a modular architecture. Speech-to-Text, LLM Engine, and Text-to-Speech are designed as interchangeable components rather than being locked into a single provider. This allows new models or providers to be integrated without rebuilding the platform, creating a clear technical advantage over many competing solutions that depend on rigid, single-provider setups.
The platform was developed over the past year by a specialized Voice AI team in Belgium, with a total investment of approximately €12,000 in development and architecture. In addition, there is a custom-built website created by a specialist, with €2,000 invested, bringing the total value of completed development work to around €18,000.
Technically, everything runs on a German server with container orchestration, including EU-based API interfaces for all AI components. The result is a fully GDPR-compliant platform made in Germany, a rare advantage in the Voice AI market and a strong selling point for European customers and buyers who view data protection compliance as essential.

Unfortunately, I am limited by family responsibilities with two small children and I also have another company, which is why I unfortunately have to let this baby go. Especially at this current point when it is only about scaling. The product is ready so far!
